Spinach Garlic Yogurt

3 tablespoons olive oil
One, 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup plain Greek yogurt – Fage is the best
sea salt and black pepper

Combine olive oil, spinach, garlic, yogurt, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill before serving.
