Pick up about a pound of freshly ground turkey at The Fresh Market and form 3 nice smooth five ounce patties. Rub both sides with olive oil, sprinkle generously with sea salt and grind a LOT spices and pepper on both sides of that burger. I am particularly fond of McCormack Steakhouse Seasoning blend.
Heat a non stick skillet over medium high and cook the burgers for 4 minutes per side. Do not press them, don’t really mess with them at all, other than to flip them a couple of times so they cook evenly.
Serve on a bed of lettuce and drizzle the whole deal with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The key is in the simplicity- good ingredients taste great.
