    Did Kelly just drink smoothies? What exactly did she do? I’m in the regain stage, and not exactly what to do? I had the sleeve gastrectomy.

    I too is in the regain and would love to know exactly what to do I know only the shakes would not let me lose the weight what other options do I have to get back on track it is so hard here in my home everybody be eaten all the different kind of food I’m the only one that had surgery and smelling all this food tasting it throws me off track what can I do how can I get back I have gained at least 40 pound back I had the surgery 2014 the sleeve

    I had my gastric bypass in 2008. I lost 91 pounds and went from a size 22/24 to a size 12! I was ECSTATIC!!! I never quite reached my goal weight. I got down to 191 and stayed there for 2 years. Then in 2011, I became pregnant! Another absolutely wonderful time in my life as i have suffered 1 still birth and 3 miscarriages. I gained 44 pounds with my daughter but about time my 6 weeks check up came, I was down to 215. My Dr. didn’t even recognize me! So, I felt really good and said, I can lose this 24 pounds, get back to my pre-baby weight of 191 and keep going from there! Sadly, i went the other way and in the past 3 years, I have gained over 35 pounds. I’ve ordered from this site previously and did pretty good but i have “redeveloped” bad habits that I have to get rid of. I am currently out of work on medical leave due to having surgery to repair 3 herniated discs. I have been home for over a month and initially started doing another popular smoothie program. My sister , who also had the surgery in 2009 and is a avid user and believer of bariatric eating products, reminded me that we need PROTEIN and although it worked for a while with the other stuff, the best success I’ve had was when I had lots of protein. So, I have ordered 2 bags of protein to go with the bag that i already had left. Beginning tomorrow (i’m done eating for this evening), I will be doing BOT. I need an accountability partner though. Anyone willing to team up with me? I have joined the FB page of BE as well. I’m ready to do this!
