Why is there no number to contact you. I am so frustrated with the site. Thinking about canceling the order

Laurie, posting a question to a fried chicken salad recipe is probably not the best way to go, but on the side of the page is a NEED HELP button and there is also a CONTACT US tab that goes directly to our Customer Service people. They will be able to help you immediately! I am sorry you are frustrated, let us help you. 🙂

Hi Julie, Fage is perfect, but any plain Greek yogurt will do. Most of the values of the plain Greeks are very similar.

Why is there no nutritional information listed with the recipes? Calories, protein, carbs, etc., or am I just missing them?? I would be interested in that information, including serving size. Is the fried chicken with ranch dressing one serving?? Please advise.
