This meal consists of a little egg salad I whipped up and portioned out last night. It’s made with 3 eggs, crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese, French’s honey mustard, and Woeber’s smoky bacon mayo. Nestled in spring mix and paired with a few crisp tomatoes and English cucumber, it’s spiked with a little vegetable seasoning, making it a well balanced small meal.

      Hi Amy, there is no “formal recipe”, just what’s described in the text of the posting: It’s made with 3 eggs, crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese, French’s honey mustard, and Woeber’s smoky bacon mayo. I used the eggs, an oz of gorgonzola, a squirt of honey mustard(about a tbsp) and a tbsp of the mayo. Crush eggs, and add other ingredients. Mix well and chill.
