Sort your day off with a new twist on Banana Nut Bread…one you eat with a spoon that comes with ZERO bad carbs. 

In small bowl mix, 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts, 1 cup of plain non-fat Yogurt (I used Oikos Vanilla Triple Zero for a little extra punch of flavor and protein), 1/2 a scoop of Inspire Banana Smoothie. Stir in a healthy dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. Garnish with toasted Walnuts (just pop them in the microwave for 15 seconds) and a sprinkle of Truvia Brown sugar and a little more cinnamon.
