Deviled eggs can be lightened up by using Plain Greek Yogurt in place of the Mayo. Here I’ve added fresh chives and paprika for a little kick. On the side is a mini salad of cucumber, tomato, peppers and lettuce. Pepperoni stick bumps the protein and flavor of this meal up.
