This small meal consists of herbed goat cheese chicken salad spiked with radish and green onions, teamed up with sweet cherries, dill pickle and hard boiled egg half, and sliced cucumber. It’s a great balance and a great small plate!

      Hi Amy, most of these are pretty basic ingredients. The chicken salad for instance, is simply shredded or cubed chicken with mayo, mustard, seasonings, and sometimes a little cheese. I don’t usually follow a formal recipe- these are basic guidelines of a BE Easy meal to follow. As long as your ingredients are bariatric friendly, by all means, add your own flair to your chicken salad!!!
