Back on Track Inspire Brownie for Bariatric Eating

Inspire 'Back On Track' Brownie

  • 1 scoop Inspire Dutch Chocolate Cake protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa (Hershey’s Special Dark from Wal-Mart is PERFECT)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
  1. In large mug blend the Inspire, cocoa and baking powder.
  2. Add the almond milk and stir to form a thick paste.
  3. Microwave until brownie is soft with a molten chocolate core, 20 - 30 seconds.
  4. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
