In case you have been living under a rock for the past year and are unaware of the phenomenon known as BTV, let us turn you on to it!
Bariatric TV is two wacky girls, Lynnda Shepherd & Toni Towe, who are successful long term bariatric patients of Dr. George Mueller of Scripts Hospital in San Diego. Together they have lost over 300 pounds but even more important I that they have kept it off. They are shining examples of how this surgery can work for you if you just respect some basic rules and have even a little common sense.
Each week Lynnda and Toni hit the highlights of bariatric life so we can learn while we laugh. Their messages are hard hitting and let me say they don’t compromise their surgery by pushing the line.
They may act like goofballs, but they respect the fact that they have had serious surgery that rearranged their organs, they don’t forget where they came from and don’t want to go back, and are advocates for taking bariatric vitamins and eating the right foods.
