Hardly a recipe but this dish is simple, fresh, and delicious!
Tomato Mozzarella Skewers
- Grape or Campari Tomatoes
- Bocconcini, small mozzarella balls in water
- Fresh basil leaves
- 4 inch bamboo skewers
- olive oil
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Thread the tomatoes, cheese, and basil on the skewers. Arrange on a platter and serve with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
