- 1 cup ripe cantaloupe cubes
- 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
- 2 cups ice
- 1 teaspoon Truvia natural sweetener – twice as sweet as sugar so use half as much
- 1 scoop PURE Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate powder
