    Most of the recipes do not give serving sizes. It would be helpful to have an idea of what constitutes a serving size for these recipes.

      Hi Katie. Here are the ingredients and instructions. It is a super simple recipe:
      3 small zucchini
      1 cup pasta sauce – I use Mario Batali, or Gia Russa
      Grated Parmesan Cheese

      Simmer zucchini in pasta sauce until tender. Hit with lots of Parmesan. Serve as a moistener for fish, chicken, pork… anything. Yum

      Hi Katie. This is a case where you will want to read your labels. The ingredients should read like a recipe-tomato, spices, things of that nature-nothing you can’t pronounce. Watch for added sugar, those are the ones you’ll want to avoid.
