Zucchini in Marinara Sauce
As easy to eat as it is to make! Boom

- 3 small zucchini
- 1 cup pasta sauce - I use Mario Batali, or Gia Russa
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Simmer zucchini in pasta sauce until tender. Hit with lots of Parmesan. Serve as a moistener for fish, chicken, pork... anything. Yum.
