This meal consists of fresh deli chicken breast and old world pepperoni, half of a hard boiled egg seasoned with vegetable sprinkle, an Alouette petit fromage in garden salsa flavor, with mini cucumber and Campari tomato. It’s a great balance of protein and healthy carbs.

      Hi Rebecca, you can pair any lower carb vegetable with these meals. Snap peas, sweet mini peppers, radishes, cauliflower, broccoli, and cold edamame are my favorites with this type of meal.
