I am sharing the ‘BE Easy’ Everyday Meals that I pack for the office each day that finally got me to the goal weight I never hit the first time!

This small meal consists of a bed of greens(you can use spinach or whatever you like), with shredded seasoned chicken, avocado, crumbled bleu cheese, tomato, radish, and mini peppers. Top the chicken with Greek Yogurt, and it’s the perfect small meal.
