This is quick and easy to assmble. A couple slices of pepperoni, small slices of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and fresh basil leaves nestled into a tender lettuce leaf.       Monica, if you use a good brand that is low in fat like Boars Head, and don’t use garbage turkey pepperoni or a cheap brand, it fine. It’s got a lot of flavor, so a little goes a long way.
