An authentic Italian sub has a unique combination of flavors that you can layer on a giant leaf of crisp romaine lettuce and it’s almost as good as the original.

I use Boars Head deli meats as they are super delicious, high quality and very lean. You can buy just 2 or 3 slices of each. I honestly don’t care that there isn’t a roll.

BE Italian Sub! Where's the Bread?

I had my surgery 6 weeks ago. Protein foods, protein shakes (I love them) I eat. 1000 calories, and I eat 4-6 ounces a meal. That is all I can help you with. I am still learning. I have felt sick when I eat too much. I hope you will be successful in losing it. It may take more time to lose it. I know you will!
