Here is an easy one if you are one of those post ops who cant finish a restaurant meal. This is my leftover steak from Saturday Date Night Dinner at The Outback.
Not enough can be said about the flavor combination of thinly sliced steak, tomatoes, cucumber, toasted walnuts, BLUE CHEESE, olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper. Boom. This is actually a big bowl, yes it’s a lot, no I cant eat it all. 😉 Okay, so I did eat it all, lol.
