Simple meals like this keep me on track! I ate like this when I was losing nearly 200 pounds after my Lap-Band failed and I had to have a revision to RNY. Now I eat like this to stay at my goal weight! This is a quick and easy option to make with leftovers you have on hand!

- 1 cup loosely packed Mixed Greens, or the salad of your choice.
- 3 oz of chicken white meat or dark works well. I used leftovers from a rotisserie chicken.
- 1/2 tablespoon of No Sugar BBQ Sauce
- Dill pickle on the side, totally optional but pretty yummy!
