  • ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ¼ cup Truvia Baking Blend
  • ¼ cup Truvía Brown Sugar Baking Blend
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped or ½ cup sugar free chocolate morsels
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine flour, almond flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
  3. Beat butter, Truvia, Truvia brown, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add egg and beat well.
  4. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
