Today for my small meal at the office, I am enjoying ground sirloin simmered in crushed tomatoes and spices, nestled in a bed of *powerblend superfood slaw*. I buy this slaw in a bag at the supermarket. Paired with a lovely wrapped wedge of Grand Moravia cheese, it’s the perfect small meal. Think fresh, eat healthy, feel AHHMAZING!
