Back on Track Inspire BLONDIE for Bariatric Eating

 

Inspire 'Back On Track' Brownie

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 scoop Inspire Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Blend the butter, egg in the mug using a fork.
  2. Stir in the baking powder, protein, almond flour and salt - beat until smooth.
  3. Microwave for 60 seconds - watching as it cooks to make sure it doesn’t run over the sides of the mug. If it starts, open the microwave door to allow it to fall a bit before continuing.
  4. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
