Inspire 'Back On Track' Brownie

- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 scoop Inspire Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- pinch of salt
- Blend the butter, egg in the mug using a fork.
- Stir in the baking powder, protein, almond flour and salt - beat until smooth.
- Microwave for 60 seconds - watching as it cooks to make sure it doesn’t run over the sides of the mug. If it starts, open the microwave door to allow it to fall a bit before continuing.
- DO NOT OVERCOOK.
