Omg... corn? Oh no, not evil corn. Yes, corn... cutting an ear of fresh corn into rounds gives everyone a taste and adds about 3 carbs to your meal. THREE CARBS! It's clean and fresh and flavorful and tastes so good with the pan juices. What a meal... try this one.

IF I ate this every day for a month I bet I'd lose 20 pounds. There is nothing in that pot that was responsible for my being 300 pounds. So many of you are afraid of vegetables and we would like to help you to not fear them. Some of you BM just once a week and believe it is normal. PROBLEM: No vegetables.

Light, refreshing, and perfect to pair with a simple broiled shrimp skewer or roasted chicken tender that you brush with some of the same oil and vinegar used to dress your salad.

It is perfect tossed with olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan or red sauce. Even faster version is to pan saute your zucchini shreds and heat them in half a jar of Mario Batali or Gia Russo sauce. It is delicious!
