This sauce is HEAVENLY! I start making it as soon as I see fresh cranberries in our market as it is wonderful blended with Fage Greek yogurt or spooned over pumpkin custard or cheesecake. I love tart-sweet and this is the best. Hard to believe just a couple of ingredients can taste this good!

Protein keeps us full, fuels weight loss, and gives us long lasting slow burning energy. We all know how it feels to hit the wall at 2 o'clock and protein snacks are the best way to keep moving. Here are some of our favorite bariatric friendly protein mini meals and snacks. We promise you wont get sick of any of these choices.
Mindless eating is a problem of obesity. It's not fair to just say 'DON'T SNACK' as that is not a realistic way to think people can live. It is more constructive to come up with things we can eat when everyone else is eating popcorn balls. This is a great snack food that doesn't slow weight loss and as a bonus has a lot of protein.
I use Splenda as it works well in custards. No need to reinvent the wheel here folks. This is simple goodness at its best. Make this with a crust OR WITHOUT depending on your use. My husband does not think it is PIE unless it has crust, so for holidays I make this pie using a Pillsbury All Ready Crust and it looks super homemade. (gasp, I would never use a frozen stamped crust.)
I promise you that you can be a star and pass along a new tradition to your family by following these easy 1,2,3 instructions. You will have the most delicious tender juicy turkey that you have ever tasted. It's not magic, it's called a meat thermometer but don't give away your secret.
This is an important message that many don't consider until it happens to them! Listen to a little bit of food for thought about how to STOP making things harder than they need to be.
The trick is to find the unsweetened coconut in your supermarket - it is often labeled as ‘dessicated’ or dried. Check the label and make sure sugar is not listed as an Ingredient. Mmmm, I love coconut!
Make these and serve hot at your next party. YUM YUM!
These take minutes to wrap and once you have tried them, you’ll be able to make a pan of these before a Party in 15 minutes. They are delicious with cocktail or barbecue sauce or plain.
Tilapia is a mild white fish that is also budget friendly. This is a perfect first try for your air fryer as this recipe is simple and delicious.
Catfish is firm moist and meaty. It is also a bargain at sale prices of under four dollars per pound and is farm raised in the USA!
Pair with a tomato-cucumber salad and a Ranch dipping sauce. Yum.
This one is so good, you will be famous for it. People will ask IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR CHEESECAKE. Trust me. Never has something so simple gathered so much attention and applause. Plus its sugar free. Boom.
If you think that people don't fight over the choice to eat the foods that led to their own obesity you would be wrong. What's worse is that people don't realize the real issues many post-ops face.
A good tasting dish in its own right. Calling it pizza does not make it so, but this 'Pizza' flavored round is fresh, mild and has a cheesy goodness with none of the qualities for which cauliflower is disliked. I think you will like it if you don't go at it thinking you have found no carb pizza. Have reasonable expectations and you will love it!
We are not going to really fool anyone, but this is a delicious dish in its own right! Our Faux Potatoes are the perfect texture. Yum.
It's Monday and its time for a little tough love if you are spending today with regret about the choices you made this weekend.
Smooth dark flavors of late Fall!
The BEST no cook recipe on the planet. A big bowl of fluffy pumpkin spiced mousse that tastes like it took substantial effort... super delish, super easy and no one will ever know its sugar free! Serve in wine glasses. Use a plastic bag with the corner cut off to get it in there neatly! Place three Murray Sugar Free Butter Cookies on the plate for a little texture and good looks.
Nothing says Thanksgiving like Pumpkin Cheesecake and this one just happens to be sugar free.
Proudly add this Pumpkin Roll to the holiday dessert table and let everyone know it's sugar free and low in calories. Of course it's also Bariatric Friendly & Super Delicious!
