A good tasting dish in its own right. Calling it pizza does not make it so, but this 'Pizza' flavored round is fresh, mild and has a cheesy goodness with none of the qualities for which cauliflower is disliked. The BEST no cook recipe on the planet. A big bowl of fluffy pumpkin spiced mousse that tastes like it took substantial effort... super delish, super easy and no one will ever know its sugar free! Serve in wine glasses. Use a plastic bag with the corner cut off to get it in there neatly! Place three Murray Sugar Free Butter Cookies on the plate for a little texture and good looks.

Bobby Flay provided the base recipe but I have reduced and swapped out the sugar and part of the flour. It has no added sugar and is reduced carbohydrate. Its not calorie free but its a super moist and really flavorful pumpkin loaf to bake for your Thanksgiving celebration.
