Grilled NY Strip Steak with fresh Pico de Gallo

I buy one THICK, marbled NY Strip Steak, rub with Montreal Steak Seasoning, grill it on all four sides, and let it rest while I make a quick salsa.
Diced 3 Roma tomatoes, 1/2 a small onion, mince a jalapeno, add 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, salt & pepper, a bit of hot sauce, juice of a lime and a couple tablespoons of ketchup. Mix it up and we are ready to go.
When I buy a thick NY Strip, it is about one pound, so I slice it on my cutting board and serve SLICES... spooning the Pico Salsa over the top and sides. Its a one plate wonder. Just delicious.
