For my next trick, I will turn a scoop of Inspire into an ICE CREAM SLUSHIE without the use of a blender or appliance.

  1. Place a scoop of your favorite Inspire flavor into a plastic food pouch. (I bought mine on Amazon, 50 for $15 with a rainbow of flexi straws.)
  2. Add a cup of milk.
  3. Seal and Shake
  4. Pop into the freezer.
  5. 1 hour later... Voila, a Protein Ice Cream Slushie!

No fuss, no muss, no mess, tastes great... toss the bag when you are done!

Why this is better than a blender, ice, milk and a scoop of powder

Ahhh Grasshopper, it is infinitely better because it is EASY and you don't have to CLEAN UP. You make it right in the bag and either drink it, pop it into the fridge, or pop it into the FREEZER. There is nothing to wash! Attention paper plate folks.

Mmmm... it tastes so much better than my icy smoothie from a blender. Why?

We see so many struggle with measuring and proportion in their BLENDER only to complain that the flavor of their shake is weak! That's because you put 6 ice cubes in the blender in addition to cup of liquid - you are using more than twice the liquid called for - is there any wonder why yours doesn't taste amazing. Wonder why yours tastes WATERY? Well, that's  because it IS watery.

Using a drink bag is FOOL PROOF because you are freezing the scoop of Inspire with a cup of liquid. NO ICE or GADGETS NEEDED. Its perfectly concentrated. Plus its simple! Toss the bag when through.

I made two flavors this morning: Inspire Banana Bread and Coffee Ice Cream. When I opened the pouch of Banana Bread and took the first spoonful, I could not stop eating it. IT WAS SIMPLY DELICIOUS. Perfectly smooth and icy, like ice cream that's been sitting out on the counter for a bit where its a little melty.

The Coffee Ice Cream pouch was equally wonderful. I can see this will be a game changer for so many of you who are time challenged or just need an easy way to stay on track. Give it a go.

I will repeat that I bought my DRINK POUCHES on Amazon and they were $15 for fifty with straws! I love them. It's going to be a long cool Summer in the pool. Join me.
