This one is Bariatric Friendly and Super Easy!

NO RECIPE other than slice vegetables - zucchini, eggplant, sweet peppers, mushrooms - and lay on your HOT HOT HOT grill that you have first sprayed with PAM Vegetable Spray. Once softened in 1 to 3 minutes, turn and cook another 30 seconds - remove to platter. Drizzle with Olive Oil then Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, pinch of Oregano. Serve with grilled chicken beef or fish. Yum.
