If you find you have recurring symptoms of headaches, stinky breath, constipation and leg cramps, we have a simple solution for you as you are probably DEHYDRATED. This is so easy to avoid and you are creating undue issues for yourself.  

1. Drink Water. When we get laser focused we forget the basics. Make sure you are drinking PLENTY of water, remember 8 cups (64 ounces) is a REAL target, no excuses. This will help you stay hydrated. Most headaches are due to dehydration - sip that bottle of water and when its half gone so is the headache, just like magic. 

2. Take your 3+3 Multivitamins. Yes this too seems silly to mention but they contain some important vitamins and minerals that your body needs for balance. 

3. Include Inspire Protein Kitchen Beef Stroganoff Bone Broth or Chicken Souper Sipper as protein selections. They are soothing and savory, NOT sweet choices and will replenish your body with some helpful electrolytes.
