Nutty Nuggets, Crunchy, sweet, nutty, satisfying!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) softened
  • 1/4 cup Truvia or 1/2 cup Splenda granulated
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts (pecan, walnuts, almonds, macadamia, hazelnuts, etc..)

Instructions

  • Cream butter and Truvia.
  • Stir in almond flour, all purpose flour, vanilla, salt and chopped nuts.
  • Chill for one hour.
  • Divide and roll into "nuggets" the size of a small walnut.
  • Bake at 325 degrees until lightly brown and firm to the touch, 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Cool and roll in Splenda.
