Our operations, which handle a high volume of orders daily, are strategically located next to Albany International Airport in Albany, NY. This location, combined with our strong partnerships with shipping carriers, enables us to deliver your orders promptly.
Our goal is to ensure that your products reach you in the shortest time possible. If you place your order before 12:00 PM EST, we typically dispatch it on the same business day. Deliveries via USPS, FedEx, or UPS are expected to reach you within 1 to 5 business days from the time they are shipped. If you need your order even faster, you have the option to select an expedited shipping method, such as overnight, during checkout.

We offer FREE shipping to the contiguous U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) for orders over $99, after all discounts and coupons have been applied. We typically ship orders on the same day they are received, using USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority 1-3 Day delivery. Larger packages may occasionally be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS.
For all other orders, we provide 1-5 Day expedited shipping at a flat rate of $9.99.
We also ship to Canada, Australia, and almost all countries worldwide. Your shipping cost and available shipping options will be displayed in your shopping cart before you check out.
For orders of $600 or more, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your BariatricEating products. If you are not available to sign for the package during the day, we recommend having it delivered to your workplace.
Customers can choose to waive the signature requirement for each order, but this must be done before the item is shipped. To do this, please email our customer service before your shipment leaves our warehouse. A customer service representative will confirm receipt of your request and its application to your order.
Please note that by choosing this option, you release BariatricEating and the carrier from any liability for the package once it is delivered.
Considerations for Weather Conditions
During warm weather or in hot climates, we recommend selecting the fastest possible shipping method at checkout. We take care to pack items to protect them, but please be aware that neither FedEx, UPS, nor USPS will compensate for items damaged by heat in transit. If you are concerned about heat damage, especially if the shipper leaves items outside, we advise against ordering chocolate-type protein bars or liquid protein drinks. We do not replace or credit items that have melted or been damaged by heat.
In winter, if you live in an area with freezing temperatures, please consider this before ordering liquid products. We do not replace or credit products that have frozen or glass that has broken due to freezing. Most damage occurs after the package has been delivered, as many people are not at home. It is the customer's responsibility to consider winter delivery conditions.
We do not accept returns on any consumable products, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We recommend making a single purchase before scheduling any products for auto-shipment.
We do not accept returns on any vitamins due to concerns about product tampering. The products you receive have been stored under safe, temperature-controlled, and clean conditions by our expert warehouse staff. While we have developed flavor profiles that we believe are superior in taste to 'workout products', our supplements for bariatric surgery have benefits that will always outweigh taste.
For any refused deliveries, FedEx, UPS, or USPS return shipping charges will be deducted from the credit for returned merchandise, along with a 20% fee for packaging and fulfillment costs.
On the rare occasion that we ship you an item other than what you ordered, please do not open the product as it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can quickly exchange it for the correct item.
FedEx, UPS, or USPS charge shipping and fees for the return of undeliverable packages, including refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package and any or all return charges.
Any litigation, dispute, or other claim arising from the purchase, sale, advice, use, or involvement with Bariatric Eating will be arbitrated in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, particularly the State of New York, and will be heard and venued in Albany county.
