NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
- ELIGIBILITY. BARIATRIC EATING WIN YOUR WISH LIST (the ‘Sweepstakes’) is open to all U.S. residents who are at least 18 years and older and have a registered Instagram account as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period (defined below).
- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes is for one month only, beginning on December 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST and ending December 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST (the ‘Sweepstakes Period”).
- HOW TO ENTER: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. To enter the Sweepstakes: (i) follow us on Instagram during the Sweepstakes Period and (ii) sign up via our landing page. Entries must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing. [Limit one Sweepstakes entry per person.]
- SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be chosen at random among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be chosen at random within (5) days of the drawing and announced via Instagram and notified via email [marketing@bariatriceating.com]. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
- SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE. The total cash value of the prize items is up to $100 USD. No cash in lieu of any prize or prize component will be awarded.
- HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE. Winner will be notified via email. Winners will be validated through name, city, state/providence and email address entered during registration. Gift Card must be claimed within 30 days.
- DISCLAIMERS: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. We also reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other problems beyond the control of Sponsor and award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
- DATA PROTECTION/PRIVACY: As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes and any other time you provide your information to Sponsor, you agree to the collection, processing, storage, and sharing (i.e., by way of example only, with Sponsor’s parent company, its affiliates and with third-party partners, service providers, etc.), of your information (including your personal information or personal data) by Sponsor for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes (i.e., communicate with you, process your submission, etc.) and to comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
