Soft, chewy, sweet-tart energy bites perfect for holiday hustle mode, busy mornings, or that “I need a little something but I still love my pouch” moment.
Ingredients (makes ~12 bites)
  • 1 scoop (or 1 serving) Inspire Protein Powder Vanilla Bean 
  • ¾ cup rolled oats (or reduce oats to ½ cup, since some oats are in the Inspire Protein Kitchen Oatmeal)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened dried cranberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar‑free syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 2–4 tbsp water or unsweetened almond milk (as needed)
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
Directions:
  1. In a bowl, combine the  Inspire Protein Powder Vanilla BeanInspire Protein Kitchen Oatmea, chia seeds (if using), cinnamon and salt.
  2. Stir in almond butter, applesauce and honey/syrup.
  3. Add water/almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until a thick, doughy consistency forms.
  4. Fold in chopped cranberries.
  5. Roll into ~12 small bites.
  6. Chill 30 minutes to set.
