How to prepare
Microwave
- Place 1 scoop of oatmeal into a bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup of water or skim milk, stir until blended. Use less liquid for thicker oatmeal or more liquid for thinner oatmeal.
- Microwave uncovered on high for 1 and 1/2 to 2 minutes until thickened. Let stand until the desired consistency.
Stovetop
- Place 1 scoop of oatmeal into a bowl.
- Add 1/3 cup of boiling water while stirring until blended. Use less water for thicker oatmeal or more water for thinner oatmeal.
- Continue stirring until completely dissolved. Let it stand one minute before eating.
