Our Famous High-Protein Chili
This is the chili everyone talks about that is bold, satisfying, and protein-packed. We started with Inspire Tex-Mex Chili (already loaded with lean soy protein and hearty red beans) and took it up a notch with smart add-ins that make it a meal. Warm, balanced, and ready in minutes this chili fits right into your everyday groove.
Ingredients (1–2 servings)
- 1 packet Inspire Cancun Chili
- ¾ cup hot water (adjust for preferred thickness)
- 2 tbsp diced tomatoes or sugar-free salsa
- 1–2 tbsp diced bell peppers or onions (optional for flavor and texture)
- 1 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt (for topping: adds creaminess + extra protein)
- 1 tbsp shredded reduced-fat cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- Fresh cilantro, green onions, or a dash of hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a small pot, mix the Inspire Cancun Chili with ¾ cup hot water. Stir well until smooth.
- Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes or salsa and any chopped vegetables you like. Heat through another minute.
- Pour into a bowl and top with Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, and your favorite garnish.
