I’m down 127 lbs in past year post op, still have 58 more to goal. Never believed I could do this, but you know what, I can and I am! I read everything your admins post. It all is so educational and informative. Again, thank you. #grateful.

I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am to have stumbled across your website the other day. I was looking for something like this 3 years ago and could not (I’m 8.5 years post-op). I began the Pouch Reset and am both excited and determined. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I also am #grateful, as well as #thankful.

I love my surgery. I have found 2 different protein bars I love & they stick with me for about 3 .5 hours. I am able to sit with friends while they eat there bad food and I am proud of my self. I am at an ideal weight I am working on maintaining until I can afford surgery which will get me down to my goal weight

I had my Gastric Bypass (R-N-Y) in 2004. I was doing great. Had initially lost 137 lb. When I started listening to other people and allowed them to talk me into eating things that I knew was not allowed in the diet just to appease them. Ended up gaining 51 lb back and I have been lost ever since in this yo-yo world of eating. I am so thankful that I have found your website and cannot wait to start the journey back to the path that I know I should have never left.
