This meal comes together super fast and easy, you barely need a recipe!

Here are the basic instructions and steps to make this. Simply adjust for as many servings as you need using the serving of crab on the package as your guide for portion control. This is perfect in lunchboxes for the office or school!

  • Imitation Crab meat, shredded or finely chopped
  • Riced cauliflower, steamed and cooled
  • Cucumbers, seeded and sliced
  • Finely chopped carrots
  • Edamame, get the shelled kind, steamed
  • Mayonaise
  • Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Sriracha
  • Optional as garnish: Furikake, Everything But the Bagel Seasoning or Nori aka Roasted Seaweed
  • In a medium mixing bowl add equal parts of the mayo, yogurt and sriracha to the level of spice or heat that you prefer. Add in the crab and stir to mix. Set aside.
  • Add 1/2 a cup of the cauliflower per person you are serving directly into your bowl or onto a plate.
  • Arrange toppings of your choice on top of the cauliflower and serve.
