Roast beef wrapped around a bit of cheese and dill pickle. Sweet peppers and tomatoes on the side for some good carbs. Don’t forget a little horseradish for bite!       You should have guidelines on portions from your Dr after each fill you get. Just call your Dr and they’ll make sure you have the details you need.
