These High-Protein Mini Ham & Cheese Crustless Quiches fix all of that. They’re warm, savory, ready in minutes, and sneak in a serious protein boost thanks to your pantry heroes:
Ingredients (Makes 12 Mini Quiches)
  • 1 packet Inspire Protein Western Omelet or 1 packet BariatricPal Bacon & Cheese Hot Breakfast (Or do half & half for a flavor mashup.)
  • 1/3 cup Fairlife or another ultra-filtered high-protein milk
  • 1/3 cup finely diced lean ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded 2% cheddar or your fave reduced-fat cheese
  • 1 tbsp diced green onion or spinach (optional but festive)
  • Pinch of salt + pepper
  • Olive oil spray
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a nonstick muffin tin with olive oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk 1 packet Inspire Protein Western Omelet or 1 packet BariatricPal Bacon & Cheese Hot Breakfast + high-protein milk until smooth.
  • Stir in ham, cheese, and green onion and spinach.
  • Divide mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  • Bake 14–17 minutes, until puffed and set.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes — they’ll deflate slightly (totally normal!) — then pop out and serve warm.
