Nutty Nuggets, No Sugar Added
Nutty Nuggets, Crunchy, sweet, nutty, satisfying!
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) softened
- 1/4 cup Truvia or 1/2 cup Splenda granulated
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts (pecan, walnuts, almonds, macadamia, hazelnuts, etc..)
- Cream butter and Truvia.
- Stir in almond flour, all purpose flour, vanilla, salt and chopped nuts.
- Chill for one hour.
- Divide and roll into "nuggets" the size of a small walnut.
- Bake at 325 degrees until lightly brown and firm to the touch, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool and roll in Splenda.
