Now that I dont have any trouble cooking them so they peel easily, I dont have to buy ridiculously expensive cooked and peeled eggs at the supermarket.

Then pickle them pink! It's so easy thanks to Aunt Nellies Pickled Beets. These taste delicious. I buy fresh organic eggs so the yolks are crazy yellow as a contrast to the hot pink edges. They are gorgeous and again, everyone loves these at a party or family gathering - just put out a plate of them cut in half dusted with coarse salt, freshly ground pepper and a bit of chopped fresh dill or flat parsley. Yum.
