Genius I tell ya! This tastes great.

The flavors of pizza using our high protein, super low carb Inspire Flatbread mix.

Go easy on the cheese and toppings. Any good Italian pie is about proportion - this pizza has a little sauce, a little cheese, a little pepperoni.


  • 1 1/2 cups Inspire Flatbread Mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • pizza or pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • a few slices of pepperoni or favorite pizza toppings


  • Blend Inspire mix with 1/2 cup water.
  • Pour into a Pam sprayed 8 inch cake pan.
  • Dot with pizza sauce.
  • Scatter with cheese and pepperoni.
  • Sprinkle with oregano.
  • Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven, for 10 to 12 minutes until puffed and golden.
