A good tasting dish in its own right. Calling it pizza does not make it so, but this 'Pizza' flavored round is fresh, mild and has a cheesy goodness with none of the qualities for which cauliflower is disliked. I think you will like it if you don't go at it thinking you have found no carb pizza. Have reasonable expectations and you will love it!
