Fan Favorites - Bariatric Recipes Your Family Will Love

Simple & Delicious Meals!

Easy Baked Chicken
  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Arrange chicken pieces on a Pam sprayed sheet pan. Use any chicken pieces or even pork chops or chicken tenders.
  • Scatter any frozen or fresh vegetable in between the chicken pieces. (We have used Roma tomatoes and red onion wedges with a handful of spinach leaves)
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle chicken and vegetables from above with salt, pepper, and about a tablespoon of any Taco or Mexican Seasoning or Chili Powder of your choice.
  • Bake until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Cheater Chili
  • Brown 1 pound ground beef in a large pot, draining off any excess fat.
  • Add a 15 ounce can of Rotel with juice, a 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes with juice, 2 cans chili beans, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer 20 to 25 minutes, until the beef is tender.
  • Garnish with cheese, diced onion, sliced jalapenos or whatever you like on your chili.

Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken
  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Arrange chicken pieces on a Pam sprayed sheet pan. You can use any chicken you may have or even pork chops, chicken tenders or boneless skinless thighs.
  • Add thin slices of lemon or lime, or use Lemon Pepper seasoning.
  • Scatter any frozen or fresh vegetable in between the chicken pieces. (We have used fresh green beans and new potatoes)
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle chicken and vegetables from above with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning or oregano.
  • Bake until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Hot Dog Night
Yeah, we LOVE hot dogs too. Heat a hot dog in a pan. Serve in Lettuce if you have it or a plate is perfect too. Top with whatever you like on your hot dog!
And yes, we've still got dessert!

Take the time you have at home to make a batch of cookies with your kids! Baking with Mom and Dad is often a happy memory many cherish!

Peanut Butter Cookies

The trick to beating your sweet tooth during times like these is to PLAN for a little something sweet! Remember, just because they are sugar free doesn't mean they are calorie free. Have one and savor it after dinner. If you don't eat them all the same day you can have another one the next day!
