I love Shrimp! I used to love Tacos. This is where the two worlds collide!

This is literally a four ingredient recipe. Shrimp, avocado, tomato, romaine. The spices do not count since you already have them! There are several version of this recipe because I make it a lot.

Its quick and delicious... why not?

  • Sear shrimp in some olive oil and season with smoked paprika, salt and garlic powder.
  • Lay out some romaine leaves.
  • Line each with few small cubes of avocado and halves of grape tomatoes.
  • Nestle in a line of warm shrimp.
  • Nothing else needed!
