- 1/2 cup Polly-O part skim milk ricotta
- a few raspberries, cherries, blackberries, or strawberries
- 2 teaspoons Splenda Granulated
- Place ricotta in a shallow dish and sprinkle with Splenda. Mash berries with a fork and pour over ricotta.
