  • 1/2 cup Polly-O part skim milk ricotta
  • a few raspberries, cherries, blackberries, or strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons Splenda Granulated

Instructions

  • Place ricotta in a shallow dish and sprinkle with Splenda. Mash berries with a fork and pour over ricotta.
