Whipped Vanilla Cream
Want to really WOW people when dessert time rolls around?
Stop using Cool Whip and that whipped cream in a can. While both are light and creamy nothing stands up to freshly whipped real whipped cream. This is the flavor explosion you will want for your favorite dessert.
Don't mess around with this one, the Splenda and hint of Vanilla make it a sweet & creamy and lighter than a cloud.
Use a hand mixer or drag out your stand mixer that you received as a wedding gift.
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Place a clean metal bowl in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Add cream, Splenda and vanilla - beat together until when the beaters are lifted there are peaks that gently fold over. These are called soft peaks.
- Serve immediately on top of one of our wonderful desserts or even on a dish of sliced strawberries that have been tossed with Splenda.
