  • 1 Tablespoon Allulose Or Monk Fruit Sweetener (Optional, To Taste)

  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Coconut Oil (Optional, Adds Texture)

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1.25 Cups Whole Rolled Oats

  • 1 Scoop Inspire Unflavored Or Peanut Butter Cookie Protein Powder

  • 1/4 Cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips (Lily’s Or Similar)

  • 1.25 Cups High-Protein Cereal (Like Inspire's Protein Cereal, Catalina Crunch Or Magic Spoon)

DIRECTIONS
