Serve this tender, fall-off-the-bone meat with sauteed Swiss chard or zucchini. It is very easy but the flavors are really deep and flavorful. Steak in the style of the pizzamaker.

Not humble about this one. I make FANTASTIC meatloaf! Wednesday at my casa is often Meatloaf Night as the local Fresh Market has a weekly $2.99/pound fresh ground chuck deal. No bread crumbs as I have discovered that you do not need 'a binder'. My husbands favorite meal!
