There are fresh wonderful choices that tickle the taste buds now that we no longer inhale our food in front of a TV or from the styrofoam container. Make your new choices from protein and healthy carbs. Be happy about the great food you CAN have... don't be sad about not eating bad choice foods.
One Perfect Bite! These are soooo good.
They are sweet and chewy and have zero sugar and lots of flavor. I make them in silicon molds and after an hour in the fridge they pop right out. They are shiny and beautiful and it doesn't matter if you eat every. single. one. of. them.

Then one day wake up and think 'What am I going to do about Thanksgiving and Christmas?' No worries. This is not our first rodeo..
That behavior now embarrasses me. Almost twenty years after bariatric surgery, we eat much cleaner and prefer simple fresh foods - like NORMAL people.
A really nice holiday drink that makes everyone feel as if they are part of the festivities... bariatric and diabetics can be left out of all the 'sugared' goodies, but this warm drink is calming, soothing, and really delicious.
